Led the end-to-end migration of Rentomojo's consumer web app from Vue 2/Vuex to Nuxt 4 + TypeScript + Pinia to completion — cutting build times 5× (~10 min → ~2 min) and unlocking SSR, full type safety, and faster developer feedback loops.
Built an AI-powered code review bot with the Gemini API + GitHub Actions, triggered on PRs via a bot command to auto-flag bugs, anti-patterns, and style violations before human review — adopted across all frontend repos, saving ~15 min of reviewer time per PR.
Mentoring 2 junior frontend developers on Vue 3 migration patterns and component architecture, and running structured code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Improved mobile Core Web Vitals pass rate 40% → 60% and cut JS bundle size ~30% via dead-code elimination, route-level code splitting, skeleton loaders (zero CLS), fetchpriority/preload on LCP images, and backend API latency fixes.
Rebuilt the SSR Product Detail Page — split a monolithic API call into a critical server fetch plus deferred client calls and moved static content to build-time JSON — cutting TTFB ~1.8s → ~800ms (−55%) on the highest-traffic page.
Built a cookie-based, SSR-safe A/B testing framework (variant assignment, cross-session persistence) adopted by product to run 10+ experiments across homepage, product, and checkout.
